Tide Dry Cleaners

Tide’s been in your home for over 60 years, but they were looking to launch a professional dry cleaners that just doesn’t quite fit in a box or bottle.

The Challenge

P&G was looking to leverage over 60 years of cleaning expertise to reinvent the dry cleaning experience. Launching with three locations in the Kansas City market, Tide Dry Cleaners needed a website that would reflected their innovative store design and drive awareness among key target audience segments.

The Solution

Working with designer, Jennifer Schwab, and developer, Taylor MacDonald, we built a clean, easy-to-use website that focused on the Tide dry cleaning difference — performance and service — as well as their commitment to the community and the planet.

What I Did

I was responsible for concepting the site’s functionality and user experience and crafting all site messaging and content.
