A campaign designed to help healthcare financial professionals quickly understand some of the more complex services that contribute to their revenue cycle.
The Challenge
MedData was looking for a way to differentiate its hospital-based services in the marketplace.
The Solution
By combining traditionally siloed services – Eligibility, Patient Responsibility, Workers’ Compensation, Denials, Disability, and Third Party Liability – and uniting them into a single solution that can help hospitals avoid chasing payment from many programs with multiple vendors, MedData OneTouch℠ was created to specifically help hospitals avoid missing revenue opportunities. We created an introductory video to help the viewer get a quick baseline understanding of some of the more complex R&D services and make them want to learn more.
What I Did
I was responsible for creating the OneTouch name, concepting videos, advertising, and collateral, and performing voice-over.
